Professional Cloud Architect Certified!

Result just came in 2 days after the examination and I'm officially a certified Google Cloud Architect!

Google Cloud Innovators Get Certified Program

The decision to take the certification exam started from the Google Get Certified Program. This is a guided 8 weeks learning journey program from Google with access to dedicated trainers and Google Cloud Skills Boost credits.

To claim for an exam voucher, one has to complete at least 5 google cloud skills boost badges besides being part of the program. These are the courses require for the Professional Cloud Architect (PCA) journey:
- Implement Load Balancing on Compute Engine - Set Up an App Dev Environment on Google Cloud - Build Infrastructure with Terraform on Google Cloud - Optimize Costs for Google Kubernetes Engine - Develop your Google Cloud Network - Set Up a Google Cloud Network

There are other courses which are optional to do as well. I recommend completing the Reliable Google Cloud Infrastructure: Design and Process course as well as it helps with knowing how to build a reliable and efficient solutions on Google Cloud.

Besides PCA, there are also other certification track such as Associate Cloud Engineer, Data Engineer, and Cloud Security Engineer for the Get Certified program.
